You should be receiving your next steps, schedule of events, and a link to download your guidebooks.

We will get started on March 30th, but in the meantime you can get started right away :)

1. Calendar

In order to maximize your efforts and make the best of the course, take a look at the email that should be arriving in your inbox and block off time to be live on the calls.  Block off the times for those calls now, so that you can be on the call LIVE...

2. Guidebooks

There is a ton of information on those guidebooks. Pick just ONE GUIDEBOOK to start reading. You don't need to do anything else, we will get to the GUIDEBOOKS as part of the course, so don't worry, I'm here for you...

3. Goals

Think of ONE goal that you want to accomplish in the next 8 weeks. It can be anything that is realistic and anything that has been lingering your mind... Here are some examples:

- Loose X amount of pounds

- Exercise X amount of days per week

- Clean out the [place of home that needs a big cleaning]

-Clean out social media (can be linkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

-Master a skill 

- Eating at home X amount of days out of the week

-Eating more fruits and vegetables

-Sleeping 8 hours per night

Ok, after you've done all of these, just send me an email and let me know you're ready to go!

A quick "I've done my homework, ready to go" is enough.
