About the Questionnaires Map

Some of the most important questions you can ask yourself are the ones you have never thought to ask. The Questionnaires map is a collection of thought-provoking prompts designed to help you see yourself more clearly.

The questions cover a wide range of territory: your beliefs, your fears, your relationships, your definition of success, your relationship with money, your sense of purpose, and more. They are not easy questions, and that is the point.

This map works best when you slow down and actually sit with each question. Not to find the right answer, but to notice what comes up. The discomfort around certain questions is often as revealing as the answers themselves.

Many people use this map at the start of a new chapter: a new year, a new job, a major life change. It is a way of taking stock of where you really are before deciding where you want to go.
