About the Legacy Map
When you imagine what people will say about you when you are gone, it clarifies what actually matters to you. That is what the Legacy Map is for.
This map asks you to think about the impact you want to have: on your family, your community, your work, and the world. What do you want to be remembered for? What do you want to have built? What values do you want to have passed on? What difference do you want your existence to have made?
Legacy thinking is not morbid. It is one of the clearest ways to figure out what you should be doing right now. When you know what kind of legacy you want to leave, the daily decisions get easier. You start filtering out things that do not matter and paying more attention to the things that do.
This map tends to hit differently than other reflection tools. Give yourself time with it.
