About the Gratitude Map
Gratitude is one of the most researched topics in positive psychology, and the findings are consistent: people who practice gratitude regularly report higher levels of wellbeing, better relationships, and greater resilience. The Gratitude Map makes that practice structured and intentional.
This is not a simple list of things you are thankful for. The map guides you through different categories of gratitude: people, experiences, opportunities, qualities you have developed, and things you often take for granted. Going category by category helps you find things you would not have thought of otherwise.
The practice of gratitude is not about pretending everything is fine. It is about training your attention to notice what is already good, even when things are hard. Over time, that shift in attention changes how you experience your daily life.
Use this map as a daily or weekly practice, not just a one-time exercise. The cumulative effect is what makes it work.
